Latest Updates from Our Project:

‼️The Pins Have Arrived ‼️
4 months ago – Mon, Feb 09, 2026 at 10:57:33 AM

Hello Backerkit!

This last weekend we received the orders from our pin manufacturer, and now we've also got some photos to show you :>

Premium Pins:

Burmese Python / Ouroboros Rapax: This snake is a good deal heavier than the average pin being 1.8oz compared to the cat's measurement of 1.1oz - I'd say that it's been our heaviest pin to date, but there were a couple from Cryptids and Critters that beat it if I remember correctly... Nevertheless it's a hefty specimen who can spin thanks to that extra weight. On the topic of spinning it's not as addictive to spin it as I thought it would be, but maybe y'all will disagree with that ;> (Notably it spins best when held level!)
Lanternfy /  Mefitis Lucerna: There's a funny story about the hanging chains for our bug friend here... During talks with our manufacturer Tokii had originally requested black chains for the design because the manu had instead used silver, their response was that they didn't have black chains. I, not knowing about that conversation, also asked them for black chains and got no response. Evidently they must have acquired black chains just for us, because low and behold they all have black chains on arrival 😅
Domestic Cat / Felinoctis Hedinis: The pearl-swirl detail of the cat's fur came out less noticeable than expected, but while inspecting it closely you can absolutely get lost in the swirls once you see them - almost like a hidden treasure - The collar's recessed metal also came out excellently!
Common Starling / Estrella Destructiva: The anodized metal on the starling turned out to be the perfect decision to give our bird that iridescent feather look! Not every pin looks the same though with some of them being less lustrous than others, but the majority looks perfect.
Feral Pig / Plaga Titani: The pig had come out a teensy darker than we had anticipated. As a fun fact when I originally saw these I was in a dimly lit room and almost had a heart attack thinking they'd been colored jet black 😅 Luckily when I brought them to the light you can see that they're colored correctly.
Cane Toad / Amphibeos Intoxica:
While the cane toad was the underdog in terms of popularity, it's mixture of line art, transparent enamel, and screen printing has given it's skin this awesome bumpy look despite being more-or-less smooth to the touch.
House Sparrows /  Spóros Daímonas:
These pins came out so wonderfully that they have officially become Tokii's favorite of the Infernal Invasion collection. They are visibly a good deal smaller, but their details came out beautifully because of it.

Mini Pins:

While Tokii was taking photos of these wonderful pins, she was briefly interrupted by our very own infernal invader...

Journal Update
5 months ago – Wed, Dec 31, 2025 at 03:45:03 PM

Hi Exorcists,

A little update for our journal designs- they're almost ready to be sent to us. The covers look great. But in the example sent by our manu...we were unable to do red foil for the page edges

Instead they've been substituted to be gold edges, hoping that's not too much of a disappointment for you all.

What do you guys think?

Stay Adventerous,
Tokii and Jacob

🔐Surveys Locking Soon!
7 months ago – Mon, Nov 24, 2025 at 07:30:42 AM

Hello Exorcists,
We just set the pledge manager to lock with notice. That means you've got about 48 hours to make final changes to your selections before they're locked up!

Once orders are locked, we'll have counts for rewards, pins, patches, and all. Meaning we can start production within the next week :>

If you're looking for something shipped to you right now, our first ever Holiday Market is open, so come check it out!

On our estimate, with holidays in China and US coming up, we're aiming to start fulfillment around March if there's no hiccups. Thank you guys for your loyalty and compassion for this project, hoping to update again soon.

Stay Adventerous,
Tokii and Jacob

Survey Updates & Future Project Announcements
7 months ago – Mon, Nov 10, 2025 at 03:46:55 PM

Hello Backerkit!

Tokii and I extend an early season's greetings to you all, and hope that as 2025 comes to a close that you all will have a thrilling holiday season!

As an update to our incoming surveys for Infernal Invasion we were able to get the smoke tests sent out over last weekend, which I'd mistakenly referred to as the surveys themselves (my apologies for the confusion 😅). We'll be giving the smoke test a little bit of time to develop before, providing there are no additional delays, sending out the actual surveys in a week or two!

In the meantime I'd like to introduce you to a couple of our upcoming projects to end out this year and start up the next;

Starting with the CritCreations Holiday Market which is set to open next week on Tuesday!

This special event will feature previous products from our past projects with a limited supply and a variety of discounts. This event won't have funding goals, so everything will be available for purchase without the risk of your favorite selection of items not being funded. Our goal is to make available our past merchandise to the newest members of our audience, and to have everything shipped out before the gift giving season is over!

Later on in the new calendar year, we'll be excited to participate in Pintopia 2026 with our Cryptids and Critters campaign!

In this campaign we'll be featuring the infamous North American legends reimagined in a form of hardened enamel! We're planning to have three different variants of pin sizes; Our largest designs being 3D molds at a size of 2.5 inches that feature some of the most fearsome creatures from American mythology like Bigfoot and Mothman, Our medium designs being basic hard enamel pins at a size of ~1.5 inches that feature the cuter critters from tall tales like the Jackelope and Cactus Cat, and finally our smallest designs at 1 inch or smaller that will feature all the important items that a cryptid enthusiast's might need in their tool bag. We have big plans for this upcoming project, and we're super excited to invite you into our creative process!

Shortly afterwards we plan to have another project launch around Valentines day, a campaign by the name of Periodic Pinups!

In this campaign we hope to excite the nerds, collectors, and enjoyers of the... risqué... In a number of releases that imagine the elements of the periodic table as humanized characters. We aim for these yearly campaigns to feature the entire tantalizing table over the course of 6 campaigns. Additionally we hope to feature other products like a custom periodic table pin banner for those who want to collect and give homes to the full set, alongside this we plan to have less lascivious mini-pins for those who'd rather not be distracted while they study their collection of elements.

Stay adventurous,
- Jacob
